We used this unit for 4 nights, 3 days of which were spent at Zion and Bryce which were a little over an hour away. For us 72 year olds, it was a nice, relaxing stay. The unit was well apportioned and very cute. They had thought of everything and kept it upon well. It is a ski resort and one night we has 2 inches of snow but it is also over 10000 feet up. I had an issue with the lack of oxygen making my breathing hard and I was dizzy. All in all, we had a very enjoyable stay and the Loves were very helpful.
Property was clean, beds are firm, base board heaters are loud if you are light sleeper. Community spa was not fully functional and sauna was out of service. Required cash insurance deposit or additional insurance fee at check out, which was unexpected based on other properties that we have used across the street.
We did a family trip for spring break 2025 and had a wonderful time! Everything was exactly as expected! We were literally across the street from Giant Steps lift. Even my 10 year old could handle the walk while carrying his own snowboard! One great perk was the host supplied plenty of bath towels as well as separate towels for the hot tub! I had several questions for the host prior to my arrival and they were all answered very promptly! This was our first trip bringing our dog to a private property rental. So, with it being a property that allows pets I was worried it might have an odor or have hair left from previous pet stays. I was so impressed with how clean the property was. You would never know animals had stayed there! I highly recommend this property as well as the hosts!! We will definitely be back!
Great location, and unit was okay. I didn't realize when booking the unit, which is my error, that animals were allowed. The unit was full of dog hair, or possibly cat hair. My son is highly allergic and really struggled with hair everywhere. The blankets, pillows, and furniture had animal dander on it, and piles of hair were on the floor in the unit. In addition animal hair on items mentioned above.Though the unit was cleaned it wasn't throughly cleaned, specifically the floor and the bathroom. However, location was great, and the owners are very responsive and have great communication. The hot tub is very full this time of year so I wouldn't consider that something you can utilize at the end of the ski day, unless you plan wait until it's free or available seat. Overall good location, and unit was warm this time of year. Heating works great.
We've been coming up to Brian Head for years and used to stay at the Best Western however now that that's gone We do not like staying at either of the hotels. This lovely place was clean, comfortable, and most important for me is it was quiet. No loud parties no loud neighbors just what We needed. My boyfriend's an avid snowboarder and I like to go on snowy walks or just take naps read books and relax from a busy life.We will be back!
This is a perfect place to stay while skiing or recreating in Brian head. The view from the living room is spectacular. The hosts are quick to please and ready to assist in anyway. We were a bit disappointed that the hot tub was out of order and has been out of order for a long time apparently. Other than that, we had an excellent day.
Shawn and Susie were very response anytime we reached out and property was exactly what we needed for a weekend getaway. Great location across from Giant steps and exactly as advertised.
Our family stays in Brian Head a few times each winter for skiing and snowboarding and this condo is our favorite to date. The property is accurately listed, communication with Suzie was clear, easy to find with parking, and also easily accessible to carry in four sets of ski/snowboard equipment (by kids), luggage, and groceries. Even in the winter, the private patio was a wonderful addition - as we went outside to watch the New Yearâs Eve fireworks! The inside of the condo was extremely clean with kitchen and bathroom amenities, and very soft sheets on both beds. We truly felt at home our entire 4-day stay. We were also able to bring our dog which was a plus as this was her first time in the snow. We loved our stay and already look forward to booking this condo again. Thank you, Suzie, for helping make our annual Christmas break trip to Brian Head so wonderful!
Location, location, location! This is the perfect place to stay if you are a skier or snowboarder and want a family friendly âwalk to the liftâ location. Layout was outstanding for 4 adults, cozy and comfortable. The hosts even had a Christmas tree event though we brought our own. The view is beautiful, accessibility spot on, and we loved our stay. Only concern we had is the 2nd vehicle parking pass was missing. Thankfully it snowed to cover windshield lol
Stayed here for the winter opening weekend. It was perfect. 1st floor right next to the parking with quick easy access to the hot tub. Location on the mountain is perfect. Right across the street from Giant Steps, food and stores. The property was in perfect condition. My family and I couldn't have asked for a better stay. We will definitely be looking to stay at this location again.
The condo was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for our stay. Our favorite part was the fireplace! It made for cozy evenings while it snowed outside. Check-in was easy and all the house rules and checkout info were well-communicated. Would definitely stay again!
I came with my pet dog for a short fishing trip. The accommodations were just what I needed. Thanks Suzie, her husband for the fishing tips and Nina for getting me in a couple of minutes early.
Beautiful condo at Brian Head. Situated nicely between Bryce Canyon and Zion so it was convenient as well. Loved the decoration. All amenities beautifully presented.
