I would beware of renting this property. First, they charge you 25 per hour to check in early. They also made us wait until 24 hours before check in to even confirm an hour early check in. No hot water: 4 out of the 6 showers failed to supply hot water. The middle floor had issues with all 4 showers supplying hot water. The water also turns off at the 12 o'clock position. We brought this up to our host while we were there and no one was sent to check. We were not refunded for this missing amenity.Broken amenities: The hot tub was broken. We let the host know, again no one was sent to check. Afterwards we were shown an invoice from a pool and lawn service company that confirmed it was broken. We were not refunded for this missing amenity.The dining table was completely broken and unusable. We had a large family gathering and were unable to use the dining room table for the duration of our trip. We were not refunded for this basic missing amenity.Hygiene issues: Two of the comforters provided were dirty. There was a black spot that was wet and crusty in one room and another comforter that had a wet spot. We informed the host upon arrival and were told there was nothing they could do that day and were given thin blankets the next day. We were not refunded for this basic missing amenity.We attempted to get a partial refund and were not given any sort of acceptable resolution through the host or VRBO for all of these issues. I would not rent this property again.
