Beautiful 67 m² apartment, rated 2 stars, located on the 3rd floor with ground floor entrance of a recent residence on the heights of Briançon.
South-facing balcony (shaded in summer) with beautiful views of the city and the peaks.
It consists of an entrance serving the separate toilet with large sink, a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, a spacious and bright bedroom with a double bed 140x190 and the living room giving access to the balcony with panoramic views!
It has a fully equipped kitchen (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, extractor hood, raclette service ...), a large living room (25 m²) with television + DVD player with sofa bed for 2 people, a second bedroom with bunk beds.
Parking is generally possible in the closed area of the residence. Failing that, parking spaces are available on the street. There is also a small free car park just opposite the entrance to the residence.
Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Our animal friends are not accepted.
