The situation is impressive and so are the hotel's grand salons. The view from our large room was beautiful and in general the food and service were very good. Disappointingly, CNN was the only available English-speaking channel on the room TV. Also, since Covid is again on the increase, it was surprising that more measures weren't in place (e.g., the same buffet utensils were used by all guests, few guests appeared to use hand sanitizer when entering the dining areas, and very few staff or guests wore masks).

Es gibt wohl kaum einen schöneren Ort auf dieser Welt. Man fühlt sich zurückgesetzt in eine frühere Zeit.

Ein Hotel, wie es dergleichen heute fast gar nicht mehr gibt. Wunderbare, stilvolle Aufenthaltsräume, herrliche Aussicht, freundliches Personal - wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Danke!

L’environnement de l’hôtel en pleine nature, le funiculaire, les prestations, le calme. Ce serait bien si un deuxième ascenseur existait, un pour le service et l’autre pour les clients.

Gerne hätte ich mein Elektroauto laden wollen , habe aber auch nicht nach einer Möglichkeit gefragt ! Sonst war die Zeit in diesem traumhaften Hotel ein tolles Erlebnis , mit einem super freundlichen Service , tolles Frühstück und es war noch ein traumhaftes Wetter - wie bestellt ! Vielen Dank !
