The room smelled funky but we couldn't pinpoint it. No microwave, most uncomfortable bed and pillows (we all barely slept and woke up with aches), weird brown stains on the sheets (dont think it was cleaned from prior guest), gotta get ice from a nearby gas station, and no hot water, plus we heard every units water through our pipes.
For over $200/night, it was a bad stay. I've slept better and got a microwave and hot water from motels half the price. Island Pond is beautiful but our family wouldn't stay here again. I personally felt unsanitary.
