My first time staying and I was impressed by the room .. it was all I may have hoped for; utterly clean, contemporary, the shower room spotless; I slept very well as my room overlooked the harbour; on arrival the guy at reception was perfectly polite, efficient, as were the staff at breakfast; sadly, on leaving the person on reception held a lesser care, as if my attention was a distraction from her ‘other ‘ work .. BUT, I would happily stay again; I would recommend this place;

All of the staff that we met were polite friendly and nothing felt like too much trouble. We had a sea view room with a balcony, it was spacious and everything we needed. My only gripe was the pillows were too soft but that is a completely personal preference and I didn’t investigate whether there was a pillow menu or not.
