Welcome to Grand Central private self contained First Floor Apartment; with large dining table this makes a great social space or work space. This centrally located one bedroom apartment is situated in a period townhouse. Perfect for couples, sharers & business guests; comfortably sleeps up to 2 guests. Ideally situated in the city centre, with easy access to all amenities & within close sight & minutes walk from the seafront & pier. Ideal for guests wanting privacy and to explore Brighton!
Our guests usually prefer to self-check in using the code lock, the code will be sent to you two days prior to your trip date. Apart from this we are of course on hand if you need any assistance or have any questions. During your stay if you need anything please contact our Property Manager Arune.
The house is ideally situated very centrally overlooking Valley Gardens, only a few minutes walk to the sea front and pier. Although super central it is still quiet and private.
Guest access will be provided via a code lock and you will be provided full check in details shortly before your trip.
Location is the key for this amazing flat with all amenities you could want just a short walk away. Centrally located just minutes walk away from the pier, sea front and all major sights in Brighton. This lovely historic house overlooks the lovely Victoria Gardens and is minutes away from the Old Steine and sea front with all of its bars, clubs, restaurants and of course the beach.
Despite being so central the apartment is really quiet, private and fully self contained so is a great option for those wishing space and privacy.
Also easily accessible is the bohemian and funky Kemp Town and also the North Laines and South Lanes are literally a few minutes walk over the road.
This lovely flat includes fantastic period features and a large sash window at the front ensuring a great view and lots of light. A large dining table great for socialising and makes the ideal work space for business events or meetings.
One very comfortable bedroom and also a separate well fitted out shower room. Also included is a fab kitchen with all the facilities you need for cooking at home.
We can also offer unique pamper packages and additional services with our preferred pamper partners available on request...

All bed linen and towels are provided, plus basic toiletries. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the house. Two single beds can be zipped together to provide a queen size bed on request when you book.
Please note with weekend bookings we will require you to book both Friday and Saturday nights and we have a two night minimum stay.
Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.
