Greeted by a smiling and efficient receptionist and given a nice room on level 3. It was clean, albeit a bit dusty here and there,a good size, and everything worked well including the lovely rain shower. Parking was complementary and although it was outdoors it was only a few steps from the hotel door. Breakfast was an extra @$25 and included a good range of food. The breakfast room was very busy that morning and staff seemed a little hurried with hot food taking a while to be replenished. All in all, a nice convenient hotel in a great near city location. Would stay again.

Hotel Diana was perfect for our overnight stay, particularly as we were went to the Princess Theatre, literally 2 doors down. Plenty of dining options in the area too.

Super close to the Princess Theatre so great location wise! I didn’t even really hear any noises from the area when events were going on despite proximity so easy to sleep. Only complaint is how the shower isn’t super separated floor-wise from the rest of the bathroom. Otherwise would stay here again!

This is a fairly centrally located property and is well priced. It's not the newest but it's clean and nice. Room is fairly small, and only desk in the room has the TV on it, so that's a negative for me - not enough work space. Fantastic food options nearby. Parking is difficult - spaces very small and people with big cars park badly, but it is free.
