The room is really clean. It's just the right size. Although I don't have a balcony. I have a good view through the window. I'm able to see the sunset. The staffer. Nice, it's literally in a perfect location for me to walk. Wherever I want to go, the only negative is the pool is in a hotel across the way, and it's hard to find your way and it's on the 3rd floor why? That's important is because you don't get the views. The pool is not heated and you get no sun after one thirty other than that, I can't say enough about this place.I love it

The room was clean and fine. But for the 5 nights we were there, twice we went out and put the sign for our rooms to be cleaned. We came back and it was still not cleaned. Also they told us when we checked in they will put a HOLD on my card for AUD50 per night. It was not until we got home that realized it was not a HOLD they took the money out and was told it will take 3 to 10 business days. Breakfast was good but yea I don't think we will come back to this hotel.

Great modern rooms with good amount of space, plis great views to the river. Staff lovely and helpful, even when I was asking for an ice pack at 11pm! Location was good, not far from train station or ferry. Highly recommend adding on the buffet breakfast, it was the best I've had!

The hotel was clean, fresh and smelt delightful upon entry. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. A convenient location for Suncorp and easy walk to Queen Street Mall. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
