This hotel was filled with drug addicts. As a single mother with 2 children, I did not feel safe. The room didn’t have adequate security. The aircon was full of mould. Even the taxi driver was shocked I stayed there. Told me it is a known druggie hotel. This should not be marketed as a safe and clean airport hotel.

Close to the airport. Very dated. Upon my late check in, I opened the door to the room I was checked in to, to find another person already in the room. Both of us very shocked. Had to call after hours manager to sort it delaying my check in after a long flight. Front door entrance propped open when we arrived. No security for anyone staying there. Anyone could enter.

I liked the closeness to the Airport, the room we chose was small, 1 queen bed and a single bunk bed but it was only for the night, but it was great had no issues, booking in was easy and great friendly helpful staff. Thankyou I will definitely be coming back.

Look if you’re just going to this place too quickly stay without everything then this is the place. The bunkbed mattress was Rock hard and had black hairs on it of course no blankets the double bed or as they say queen bed mattress was soft. The Aircon heater wasn’t working people were trying to get into our room, at 12:15 am. No email was sent to my self for the late check-in even though I called numerous times during the day and was told eventually over the phone i would be sent out an email by 9 o’clock couldn’t get into the room till nearly 11:45 pm after arriving at 10:50. As my son said you pay what you get so as I said if you just want to bed to quickly rest for the night great this is it but if you need somewhere to stay a lot longer than one night this wouldn’t be the place first experience coming up to Brisbane is recommended here. I’m not recommending how to people.

Good option if you want to be close to the airport

Room was small, but adequate for a one night stay. Breakfast was good. Being close to the airport means there are no restaurants or stores close by so I had to have food delivered for dinner.
