Friendly staff with efficient check in and out. The location is good with plenty of places within walking distance. It is not a modern fancy hotel but it is fully functional and has comfy rooms etc . I would return

This is a great location, short walk to the city mall or over the bridge to Southbank and the cultural centre. The staff are very helpful and the rooms are always very clean.
