Best hotel experience in Australia! We’ve stayed at many hotels all over the world and honestly, we usually don’t expect the best service in Australia. But this time was completely different. From valet and check-in to breakfast and check-out, every staff member was incredibly friendly and welcoming. It was my 10-month-old son’s very first hotel experience, and the team made it so special. At breakfast, they offered him oatmeal porridge and scrambled eggs without seasoning, and the chef even prepared steamed tomato and potato just for him—without me even asking! He left with such a happy, full tummy. We were truly impressed and touched by the thoughtfulness and level of service. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Amazing property and enjoyed our stay. Lifts were a bit slow sometimes. Great gym and pool. Could do with a toilet brush in the toilet. Teas were lovely but some complimentary cookies would have been nice.
