Such a lovely hotel in a prime location in the city centre. It is really quiet so nothing will interrupt your sleep in very comfortable and spacious rooms.

Stayed just for one night on a business trip. Beautiful interior and patio area. Room was comfortable and quiet. Good toiletries in the bathroom. Basic tea making facilities and a mini fridge were also provided. A decent stay overall.

Lovely hotel with 1 irritation!

Great location and a nice overall experience. Good levels of cleanliness ..can't fault it. The only thing that took the shine off the experience was the environmental noise that was in our room for most of the night. It wasn't our air con, but the 'hum' that was a constant did interrupt my sleep. Room 705.

Staff is friendly. The rooms are large and clean. The location is great. If you are scent sensitive then it is hard to spend time in the main area of the hotel because they spray this strong scent which made me ill. They didn’t clean the room the first day (we stayed 4 days). The room faced the courtyard and it was loud and hard to sleep.

As ever, the most prestigious hotel in bristol. A room had a problem though: loose windows not shutting properly making noises & drafty. The hotel addressed it right: got a new room so excellent handling.

A very nice hotel everything as you would expect. The only issue we had was that our room was very noisy with the ventilation system and water pipes. But overall a perfect location for restaurants, bars and theatre

Great one night stay. Not the cheapest of course but rooms were well appointed with excellent blackout curtains. Great location and staff super helpful. Abi on reception made us so welcome and nothing was too much trouble.
