Staff was really nice. I really appreciate all of them. The breakfast was not very good thoughWe stayed there for two days and they had these cheesy omelettes which were kind of runny and lukewarm. The cereal was good. No waffle machine. And the orange juice was the tangy juice stuff. The rooms were really quiet, except that they don’t have stoppers on the door to stop them from slamming so there are doors banging around late at night. Also, the ice machine on the fifth floor was going gangbuster the whole time. I brought a fan with me and that helped quite a bit, but I could still hear it two doors down. The bathroom was nice. Had two sinks I think. There’s a refrigerator in the room and there were no bugs in the room at all. So I do recommend this place for sure. If I were to come back, I would probably stay here again. Related to the area and not the property: If you’re coming to ride the creeper trail, then I’d suggest saving your money on the shuttle and just parking yourself in Damascus and riding your bike up and then back down. It’s doable if you are an avid cyclist. I darn your suffocated in that bus on the way there. Not recommended. If you do take the shuttle sit in the front.

The staff here were absolutely amazing. They were very friendly and helpful with anything I needed. We asked some local food recommendations and they lead us to an amazing restaurant. We definitely will stay here next time were in Abingdon.

This is the cleanest hotel I have Ever stayed in! The decor, bedding and carpets all look brand new and fresh. Bathrooms are pristine. Upon arrival, we were given an option of which floor we wanted. It is quiet and beds were comfy. Given a map and list of dining options. Complimentary breakfast was delicious.After traveling all day, this is all you could want and more!

I had confirmed reservation for two queen beds. Was told none were available and I had to get one King bed. My husband and I are both restless sleepers so I had specifically wanted two beds. They said because I had booked through a third-party. I was at the bottom of the totem pole and FA Fairfield member wanted that queen room they would get it. I was not happy. They did reluctantly give me my confirmed price. Also, I counted 22 outlets in the room, but I could not find one USB port in the king suite and sadly did not have my adapter with me.

Nice stay!

Great hotel for a quick overnight stay. We enjoyed the breakfast bar. Pool area looked nice but we weren't there long enough to enjoy it. The beds were comfortable and the room was overall clean.
