Lovely rooms and perfect location for an early flight from Bristol Airport, literally a few minutes away. Would have rated it excellent but it was a very warm night and very windy so we couldn’t have the windows open, therefore air conditioning would have been nice. Only a minor gripe as overall it was clean, comfortable and convenient. Would definitely recommend.

Very handy for the airport and easy to find. Great room but was so hot on arrival with the radiator turned right up it was hard to sleep!

Lovely find very close to airport.
Pros:Location and lovely modern room.
Cons:Shelf in bathroom. Check ceiling lights for cobwebs. Curtains a few hooks missing.
Location:Lots of near by pubs. Our favourite the fox and goose, as they have great offers.
Enjoyed our stay at hillcroft, very near to airport. Large room with terrace. Very clean except for a few cobwebs on the ceiling light.Lovely shower room but lacking a shelf for basic toiletries, had to put them on top of the toilet which was not very hygienic. Overall enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

Lovey accommodation very close to the airport
Pros:Very near the airport
Cons:Did say our room would have our name on the door, but it didn't so we spent a little while trying to find our room!!
Beautifully clean luxury little bedrooms with ensuite and tea and coffee facilities.

Not suitable for more than one night
The rooms were clean and comfortable on our arrival. The furniture was nice and in a good condition. The beds are good. Towels and linen for all of us in clean conditions. So far was everything okay.
Now to the negative aspects: although there we had a confirmed breakfast, there was none. There was three small juices, three cereal bars and the same amount of brioches plus water heater with instant coffee. But only once. It was never filled up in three days. No shops close to the accommodation. And there was no room service, no fresh towels or anything else, although we asked the service lady for it. The waste bins ran over in our rooms.
The quality of the WiFi is also poor.
Summary: rooms good, service none

This room is self catering but bins will be emptied if they are left outside the rooms. The breakfast is complementary on the first night.
