Welcome to the home of Paul and Renée, passionate builders who lovingly cared for this large family house throughout their lives. Now available as a holiday rental, it invites families and friends to create wonderful memories of their own.

Spread across three levels, the house offers generous and convivial living spaces.

On the ground floor, you'll find:

a cozy living room with a TV, a games or breakfast nook,

a spacious dining room that seats up to 15 guests,

a fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso and classic coffee makers, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer),

two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160x200),

a bathroom with bathtub, double sink, and toilet.
The house has high-speed fiber optic internet.

Upstairs:

three charming vintage-style bedrooms (each with a 160x200 bed),

a large dormitory-style room with three single beds and one double bed (140x190), perfect for kids or teens, plus a huge library filled with books,

a second bathroom with a shower and double sink, and a separate toilet.

In the basement:

a garage for bikes or motorbikes,

a ping-pong table,

a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, freezer, and refrigerator.

A travel cot (without mattress or bedding) and a high chair are available for little ones.

Outside, the 5,000 m² garden features:

a beautiful flat-bottomed pool (4.5 x 11.8 m), unheated but sheltered by a retractable cover, open from May to September (weather permitting),

a pool house with shower,

a south-facing terrace with garden furniture for 15 people, charcoal barbecue, and parasols,

a playhouse for children and a badminton net.

Ample parking is available for around 8 vehicles.

Located about 20 minutes from Chinon, Brizay is a charming rural village surrounded by rolling hills, peaceful forests, and renowned vineyards. Life here follows the rhythm of nature—part of its undeniable charm. Within a 30-minute drive, you can explore:

the castles of Chinon, Ussé, and Azay-le-Rideau,

the Chinon wine route with tastings in traditional troglodyte cellars,

the historic town of Richelieu, created by Cardinal Richelieu,

scenic vineyard walks and visits with local winemakers,

canoeing or fishing on the Vienne or Loire rivers—perfect for discovering the region in a unique way,

the beautiful village of Crissay-sur-Manse.

Please note: Part of the garage is not accessible to guests.

Maximum capacity is 15 people, including children and infants.

Check-in is between 4 PM and 7 PM by appointment, and check-out is at 10 AM (late check-out possible at no extra charge until 12 PM, or between 12 PM and 4 PM with a fee, depending on availability).

Bed linen and towels are not included. They can be rented (25 € per double bed / 20 € per single bed, includes towels – beds not made on arrival) or you may bring your own. Pool towels are not provided.

We provide some basic pantry items, hygiene products, and cleaning supplies to get your stay started.

Our gardener will visit weekly during your stay to maintain the garden.

We accept one well-behaved dog per booking.
