Didnt receive any VIP ameneties. Didnt sleep for all 3 nights due to incredibly noisy street outside the hotel...brought this to the attention of the hotel and nothing was done or offered. Wont stay again.

The room was spacious and clean. Provided with all the comforts. The staff were always checking to ensure that my needs were met. They were friendly and always willing to go out of their way to help. Breakfast was excellent and provided a choice. The main lounge and bar area is beautifully decorated and relaxing, with music played on the piano in the background.

The hotel is beautiful and reasonable for the quality of service. It is perhaps the grandest free breakfast we have ever experienced. The bed was massive. Live piano music fills the grand lobby and offers a r tremendous place for a cocktail. Also received 20% off a grand meal and 2 free drinks- Great experience

This is a fabulous hotel. The majestic foyer with live music is a beautiful welcome to the property. Lounge service was excellent. Breakfast was wonderful with great coffee and all the food options you could ask for. Our room on the top floor offered skylights on the ceiling. This was not ideal, I prefer a window to be able to see something, even if it is just a neighbouring building, but it was fine. The washroom was good if you are short, but showering is difficult if you are over 6’. The shower head is much too low and your experience will not be good. I am short and it was great for me, but not for my husband. Just be aware of this. The spa amenities are great. Be sure to use the saunas! The location is great and easily walkable and close to transit. All staff members we met were fantastic. This hotel was a great experience.
