Thank you for your feedback. We are confused as you complain about our warm welcome (for the record, our owners and staff do not drink on duty, you clearly have a mistaken impression) yet say you didn't feel welcome. We have never been asked to provide sweeteners in our amenity trays but would have happily provided had you asked instead of complaining in a review after you've left!l The majority of our guests are keen to interact with our dog - if we weren't 100% confident that he is calm and good natured we would not allow him in communal areas. You stated by email you would cover the cost of posting the watch, which we highlighted we sent by signed for delivery - we can provide the receipt - this is no different from standard hospitality industry practice.
