Little Corner Farm is located centrally at 610 Wollombi Road which is walking distance to Krinklewood and Cael's Gate wines. It is a short 3 minute drive to Winmark and 5 mins drive to The Broke Village store and Margans Estate and approx 7 min drive to Adams Peak Country Estate.
The modern property is fully furnished to a high standard with a comfortable open plan kitchen/living/dining area to socialise with friends or family. The combustion fireplace provides a warm cosy environment in the winter and is air conditioned in the Summer.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an extensive array of utensils, cookware and crockery. The Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine with milk frother will be a further highlight as will the coffee pods provided for you to enjoy during your stay. The kitchen bar or dining table provides a comfortable workspace should it be required.
The living area has a large TV and bluetooth sound bar with Netflix, Disney, Stan and Amazon Prime at your disposal for your stay.
The dining area is comfortable for all 8 guests to enjoy a meal together and a high chair is provided for the little ones.
The main bathroom features a large shower, toilet and vanity with gorgeous Thank You toiletries and hairdryer provided for your convenience. A washing machine with clothes horse (there is also a washing line in the garden) is also provided with detergent and softener for your stay. Theres also a step and non slip shower mat provided for the little ones.
The master bedroom has a luxurious king sized bed with an incredibly comfortable matress. The room also features its own air-conditioning system and has a ceiling fan. It has a large walk through wardrobe with plenty of drawers and hanging space as well as a shoe rack. The iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner is located here. The ensuite is attached to this room with gorgeous tiles and a large shower, toilet and vanity unit. It is also stocked with Thank You toiletries and hairdryer for your stay.
Bedroom 2 features a queen size bed with a gorgeous rattan headboard and fresh modern furniture and side lamps. It has a ceiling fan and a large wardrobe with plenty of hanging space. 2 porta cots are located here.
Bedroom 3 features a queen size bed with a TV which has Netflix, Disney, Stan and Amazon Prime. It has a ceiling fan, wardrobe with drawers and plenty of hanging space. Toys, games and books are all located here.
Bedroom 4 features a comfortable double bed and lots of drawers to store all your belongings and a ceiling fan.
The rear of the property features an outdoor sofa and outdoor table and chairs complete with sun parasol. The BBQ and Pizza oven are fantastic features and firewood is provided along with cast iron and to cook with in the pizza oven.
The huge swim spa is heated in Winter months and cooled in Summer months. Relax with your favourite tipple whilst watching the sun descend beyond the stunning mountain views.
Once the sun sets, warm up around the magnificent fire pit - don't forget those marshmallows! For the star gazers, you wont get a better view off the night sky with frequent shooting star displays! Some firewood is provided.
For the adventurers, take a walk through the large paddock at the rear of the property (watch out for the cows!), and take a stroll along the Wollombi Brook which plays host to an abundance of native wildlife. (Please be aware these do include snakes so just to be mindful). Fishing can also be done here.
Broke is located in the Broke Fordwich area of Hunter Valley and is home to 17 boutique family run wineries which offer intimate and personalised wine tasting experiences away from the crowds.
This property really does have it all whethe it's for a trip with friends or family or just to get away from it all. It is only a 2.5 hour drive from Sydney but feels like another world!
