1. Smoking, Vaping and Electronic Cigarette:

Smoking, vaping, the use of electronic cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside the home and within 25 feet of the property.
Failure to comply will result in a minimum $250 smoke odor cleaning fee.
Following this policy helps keep the home clean, fresh, and family-friendly for all guests.

2. Maximum occupancy
The home is the designated to comfortably host up to 6 guests. If your group is larger, we’re happy to accommodate up to 2 additional guests with advance notice. A fee of $50 per guest applies for each guest over six. Please include all guests in your booking so we can prepare the home accordingly.

3. House Cleanliness
Please keep the house neat and tidy during your stay. A minimum $150 cleaning fee will be charged if the house is left excessively messy or requires extra cleaning.

4. General Conduct
Please respect the property and neighbors.
Loud noise, parties, or disruptive behavior are not permitted.

5. Quiet hours
To respect our neighbors and comply with local county regulation, quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours.
