Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort
My wife saw a bug crawling on the bed the first day and was freaked out the rest of the time we stayed. Make sure you arrive early enough to make your own bed, they aren’t made for you upon arrival. The kitchen utensils were dirty, especially the microwave and stovetop. They looked like they had never been inspected for cleanliness. And the balcony had a view of the rest of the hotel and an alleyway. The room was incredibly dirty. There was dirt on each of the beds we had to clean off upon arrival. The floors and walls in the hallways were all stained. There was a spider living next to one of the beds on a cobweb. Sheets were stained, there was a dead mosquito on the ceiling and there was gum and stickers on the inside frames of the beds. There were no towels or soap either, including hand soap- those cost extra. The place was overall disgusting, and we will never choose to stay here again. The only positive things about this place were they had enough beds for everyone and they were cheaper than staying inside the city of Bruges. Even when leaving the last day, the gate was messed up and didn’t spit us a ticket and the only way to get out was to pay €60 or to call the adjacent hotel to have them raise the gate. I would not and will not recommend this hotel to anyone
