October in Bruges

We stayed at The Pand 17 next door to the main hotel. Our room at the top was nicely furnished & we had 2 large windows for views of the street which let in lots of light. We had a fridge o our room & was able to get fresh milk every day so we could make a hot drink. The staff were friendly & helpful & we were able to have drinks in the courtyard & enjoy the ambiance of the main hotel.

Great location just a few meters from the center. Great service on checkin and during stay. Issue was with the shower. Drain was clogged and couldn’t take a proper shower without water overflowing into floor. Otherwise a great place to stay.

Pand 17 was absolutely perfect for our needs. The accommodation was charming, spotlessly clean, and offered excellent value for the price we paid. The staff were exceptionally warm and caring—they took the time to show us to our room and, without prompting, provided a map along with thoughtful recommendations for the best sights and activities in Bruges. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of Bruges, within walking distance of major attractions, great restaurants, a grocery store, and a lovely park just around the corner. Our room was ideal for two people: comfortable, well-maintained, and cozy. The only suggestion we would offer is the addition of a kettle in the room for added convenience. Also, note that the bathrooms do not have fans, so they tend to steam up quickly. We wish we had stayed longer and would not hesitate to return

Particulièrement bien situé à quelques pas des plus beaux coins du vieux Bruges, l'hotel est très agréable et nous a proposé une grande chambre très confortable et bien équipée. L'accueil a été très bon. Il faut noter en particulier la qualité du petit déjeuner servi dans une belle salle avec un service remarquable du maître d'hôtel et de son épouse. La meilleure manière de commencer la journée. Nous espérons venir encore à Bruges et dans ce cas résider dans cet hôtel.

O hotel, em geral, é muito bom. Fiquei no quarto 3 da Guesthouse, que tem o desconforto da escada, mas era algo que eu já sabia e tinha sido avisado antes. Quarto muito confortável, espaçoso e com excelente banheiro. Café da manhã é fantástico e o staff amigável e gentil. Vou um problema de comunicação, que se repetiu: primeiro a atendente não me deu o retorno sobre reserva de restaurante, o que me in impediu de jantar onde desejava; depois, me passou a informação equivocada a respeito de valores de táxi para Amsterdam, o que me forçou a trocar de planos em cima da hora. Não fosse isso a estadia teria sido perfeita
