Spotless room, super comfy bed, staff were lovely and the hotel was in a great location to walk into Bruges. Some building works happening outside of the hotel but it didn’t disturb us one bit! Would highly recommend! And we got an upgraded room for my husbands birthday - thank you!

Very conveniently located next to the Bruges train station and 20min walking distance to Bruges old town. For catching an early morning train to Brussels Airport, this was an ideal location to stay.

There was a hand towel on bathroom sink that appeared to have dark brown stain that was also had a lumpy texture appeared to be human faeces. Very disgusting. Also, since there was no supermarkets around, wanted to buy a bottle of large water from the restaurant and was told that I can only drink in the restaurant and cannot bring up to the room which is ridiculous…

The lady that checked us in couldn't manage a smile or a "thank you". The tea and coffee weren't topped up each day and we had two single beds for a married couple. I wouldn't stay here again.

We stayed in a suite and there was some sort of touch screen panel on the wall that didn’t work and kept emitting a loud and inconsistent clicking that kept us up for a decent amount of the first night. The phone in the room also didn’t work. When we complained to staff their solution was to try restarting the device (which if anything made it worse) or offering us a room downgrade. They also did nothing about the phone. In the end we fixed it ourselves but sticking a spare room key over the device with two plasters which for some reason stopped the clicking. Very frustrating and poor response from the staff. The location was also frustrating, despite what the staff say it’s a 25 minute walk into town and we walk fast. It was a lovely route and Brugge was lovely (well worth a visit) but if we return we’ll definitely stay elsewhere.
