Super cute place. Hereâs a list of some things you should keep in mind if you want to book here, the positives first, itâs walking distance to some restaurants and shops, the building is adorable and has a lot of character, the host stays on site in one of the other apartments so if you need something it shouldnât be difficult to get, the bed is comfy, thereâs off-street parking, the water filter/cooler in the kitchen is a very thoughtful touch. Some things that could be negative depending on what youâre looking for, the trains are loud, they will wake you if youâre a light sleeper, the stairway to access the other units is closed in but shares a wall with the bedroom of this unit, itâs loud when people walk through, the bedroom is on the front of the house right by the street, itâs loud when cars go by, the porch out front is a shared entrance space and is also a noise concern, I didnât get much sleep while I was here because of all the noises but Iâm a light sleeper. My husband didnât have any issues with the noise levels. The shower ran out of hot water very quickly all three days. I had to rush through my showers to make sure I had hot water. All in all I enjoyed my stay, but probably wouldnât stay in this unit again. I just didnât get enough sleep because of the noise levels and spent most of the trip very tired.
