Really nice hotel. Good breakfast, superb pool. Decent ai lifts once you have mastered them - you select your floor outside and it tells you which lift. Really helpful Portuguese guy with long hair at ground floor reception who advised us on cheap restaurants we would never have found. Please please read the instructions if arriving by car. You cannot just pull up outside and sat nav takes you through tunnels way past the hotel. We parked illegally and my wife went inside to get directions to the underground car park. Bit of a nightmare but the room, staff and everything else was top quality. 12 minutes walk to Grand Place.

My room was absolutely filthy with previous guest undergarments (in the sheets) and socks on the floor. There was hair everywhere and the sink was moldy, I mentioned to the staff and was told “yes, I’m sorry”

Amazing hotel - beautifully decorated and the room was a good size. We loved that the twin beds weren't pushed together like in most hotels and the amenities were great. The room controls were a bit complicated and didn't always work perfectly - there's nothing wrong with a TV remote and a light switch! The staff were all lovely and very polite and welcoming. We also loved the pool and the flavoured water in the lobby. All in all a great stay.

Nice stay. The tech seems a bit over the top with a panel for everything. Mirrors are a bit OTT decor wire and might get a bit dated, but overall a nice place. Recommend.

Very clean and smart room. The hi-tech features in the room to activate lights window blinds etc wasn’t working properly sometimes. But no major problem. The gym is good. For a hotel gym I was very pleasantly surprised. Charging me €15 euros for a one hour late checkout left a slightly bitter taste.

What a beautiful experience. From the start-friendly staff, the room was amazing. Great food offered and beer at the bar with nice conversation from the bar staff. The roof top pool is top notch with a view of the city unlike others. Id highly recommend a massage also! 5 stars and cant fault it. Would I go back? You bet ya. Im sad to leave..
