My friends and I really enjoyed our stay here! We came into town for a concert and booked the triple room. The check in lady Clara was super kind and friendly. We liked the vibe and design of the hotel itself as well as our room. Everything was very clean and we forgot to hang the do not clean sign out and when we came back the maids had folded our clothes that we’d left out. The free coffee, water, and tea were also a very nice surprise! Location was very good and close to lots of transportation options but also had a lot of shops, restaurants, and stores within walking distance. Also no bed bugs which is a plus! Overall would highly recommend and stay here again if I visit Brussels!

Pleasant stay. Small but adequate room with good shower. Nice common areas and very friendly staff. Could do with a make up mirror and I would prefer the tv on the wall.

Out of the downtown core but still walkable to Grand Place. The staff are nice and helpful and there's always someone at the desk. Room was good except mirror in bathroom is too high. I'm 157cm and could only see the top of my head. Breakfast was good.

Great business option

Been a while since I stayed here. First time since the lobby refurbished. Still good, great business option. Rooms compact but well designed. UK plug socket a nice bonus. €5 a night available towards drinks and snacks for not getting cleaning, good eco incentive with recycling available. Hot water, coffee, iron and microwave available in the hallway.

Brilliant hotel, location is a little out of the centre but we loved this, it was so easy to get to on the tram and had lots of choices for restaurants and coffee shops around

Great stay and everything that is needed for a city break. Room was small but we didn’t spend lot of time there so not a big problem. Close to transport and good breakfast selection. Very bright and colourful and artsy hotel.

Got to check in at 2:15 in the morning, got a warm welcome from Anna, swift and efficient check-in and great stay. The room was cleaned every day, towels changed, water botlle filled. It’s a nice touch. It was my 2nd stay at B&B hotel Louise and I’ll definitely go back again
