Location is what we expected; not the nicest but very close to the train station. Checking in was very simple, all the staff in the hotel was very nice. We stayed for 7 nights and being a hotel we assumed we’ll get daily cleaning and pretty much some days they cleaned the room and other days they just removed the trash. The disappointment was that we reserved this hotel over other cheaper hotels in the area because it was an “Expedia VIP hotel” and there was nothing extra or special that we received; for that we could’ve stayed in the Ibis down the block that is much cheaper. The hotel wasn’t full so it was nice and quiet. Breakfast was not worth the money at all. It was nice to get two water bottles in the room on the first day, all toiletries were good quality. Mini fridge is always a plus but no coffee maker in the room, just a kettle.

Room was spacious and right opposite midi station within 3mins walk. Its super convenient if you're catching a morning train and not far from the city center. We didnt feel unsafe around the area too.

The hotel itself is excellent and staff were lovely, however PLEASE invest in lighting around entrance. It is impossible to find at night as you need to walk through an unlit courtyard. Very disconcerting as a solo female traveller. The sign has no lighting at all.

The hotel itself was very nice. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was very clean, and the room was spacious. The train station is right across the street which was very convenient. The breakfast buffet was limited, not really worth the 23€. It was a bit confusing finding the entrance to the hotel. The signs on the outer walls do not match the name of the hotel, and you have to go through this little courtyard area to get to the hotel entrance. Also the area around the hotel is very dirty, but that seems to be normal in European cities.

We had a wonderful stay at the Radisson in Brussels. The room was spacious, with high ceilings that made it feel even more comfortable and elegant. The bed was extremely cozy, and the quality of the bed sheets was outstanding — soft and luxurious. We also loved the beautiful drapes and the fluffy carpet, which added a touch of warmth and comfort to the space. The washroom was very clean and well-equipped with all the necessary toiletries. The hotel’s location couldn’t be more convenient — just steps away from the train station, making travel around Brussels incredibly easy. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would gladly return. We haven’t experienced the breakfast as we left early in the morning. Highly recommended!
