Cette retraite de campagne parfaite est situĂ©e sur une propriĂ©tĂ© privĂ©e de 15 acres et Ă  seulement 5 minutes du lac extrĂȘmement idyllique du lac Bryan qui offre, canotage, pĂȘche, pistes cyclables, un bon restaurant sur place (Lakeside Icehouse) qui propose une excellente cuisine, des concerts et de superbes couchers de soleil . Sur cette grande propriĂ©tĂ©, il y a beaucoup d'espace pour garer votre bateau et vos jet-skis!

La propriĂ©tĂ© offre deux chambres et 2 salles de bains pouvant accueillir confortablement jusqu'Ă  6 personnes. La chambre principale a un grand balcon vĂ©randa / pergola avec vue sur le charmant Ă©tang de la propriĂ©tĂ© que vous pouvez Ă©galement utiliser pour pĂȘcher un peu!

La propriété dispose d'un nouveau grand spa et d'une cuisine extérieure avec deux grilles, un foyer et une terrasse avec de nombreux siÚges.

Nous sommes à seulement 15 minutes de l'université A & M, qui propose de nombreuses activités, notamment des spectacles de théùtre, des musées, des bibliothÚques et des promenades culturelles sur le campus. Le campus abrite également le stade Kyle Field! Le stade accueille l'équipe de football Aggie depuis 1905.

Great break from the city

House is wonderful - perfect for our stay. We had a small graduation party inside. Lots of room to spread out. The girls had a great time looking at all the animals over the fence. Didn't get a chance to review all the amenities, but was perfect for us. Second time staying here

What a wonderful retreat!

Our family had the very best time here. Everything was clean and comfortable. We mostly enjoyed the outdoor space where we grilled, relaxed in the hot tub, made a fire in the fire pit, and enjoyed a glass of wine. The location was just far enough from College Station to feel like getaway and close enough to campus to enjoy the game. Our kids even asked if we could move here! We hope to enjoy this home again on our next trip to the area.

Beautiful country stay

We had a great time. Came for ring day, but wanted to relax too. Enjoyed the hot tub, fishing in the pond, relaxing in the gazebo, watching the animals. House was beautifully decorated and perfect for us.

Home was as advertised as a nice ranch just outside town. We enjoyed our stay and took advantage of many of the amenities of the property including the outdoor kitchen and fire pit.

A perfect place for family attending Aggie events

The property was beautiful and serene. We loved the outdoor kitchen, whirlpool spa. My grandkids had a blast in the spa. My husband caught a little fish in the pond. Our Aggie grad and her roommates and parents came over for brunch- great open kitchen, well appointed. Only suggestion would be a grab bar in master bath. The jacuzzi tub there is really hard to navigate.

Celebrated Aggie Ringday with friends and family at this great location. Could bot have selected a better place. Clean, spacious, and had all the needed amenities. This was a great property and If you are in the Bryan/ College Station area check tgis place out.

Enjoyable Family Getaway

My family enjoyed this little country getaway. The house was spacious and the beds were comfortable. However, we spent most of our time in the outdoor living space, choosing to read, cook, eat, and play games out there. We also did some fishing, hot tubbing and spent time around the fire pit. I was disappointed that the hot tub water level was low, and it wasn't ready to use when we arrived, but after some text messages with the owner, we got it ready for the kids to play in.

Loved the country style location.

This was a great place to go out in the middle of nowhere and enjoy time with your family. The house was absolutely beautiful, and had great amenities. The hot tub was perfect, and the outdoor grill. The only downfall was that the AC kept freezing but owners assured that it would get fixed for the next guest. Wish there would’ve been more things available to our needs, (extra towels, more trash bags, and more shampoo and conditioner.) Great price for everything they had for you to do. We loved looking at the cows and horses. Thank you again for sharing your home with us.

Perfect COVID retreat

The property is beautiful with horses, cows and we heard owls each evening. We spent most of our time on the outdoor patio area - open and roomy for friends and family pre- game fun.

We enjoyed our "hurrication" time at this property. The property was clean and the 2 bedrooms were spacious. The outdoor area was really great with a large outdoor kitchen area and a spacious relaxing area. There was a firepit that we sat around and relaxed. My husband tried his hand at fishing, but no luck. However the owner left fishing poles to use. Everything was very clean, and the owner was very accommodating. He had it cleaned early for us to stay for our evacuation and a welcome basket waiting for us. It was nice and peaceful,, and we enjoyed our quiet time.

Fantastic relaxing getaway

Really nice property. Owner was very accommodating. Very relaxing with a pond and wildlife nearby. Fantastic covered outside area with massive gas grill, charcoal grill, fire pit, comfortable seating, overhead fans, lovely lighting and a great hot tub. What more could you ask for?

This place was lovely. We were looking for a quick weekend getaway, and it more than fit the bill. The property was beautiful, the home was wonderful. Bed was comfortable and nice sheets. Country Oasis

This property had everything we needed and then some. Even though there are only two bedrooms, the house itself was very spacious and would be comfortable for a good size gathering. The indoor and outdoor spaces were clean and well stocked with new appliances and furniture. The outdoor area was excellent and where we spent most of our time hanging out, making s'mores over the fire pit, grilling, and in the hot tub. We caught small fish in the pond and the owner was even kind enough to have rods and reels available for us. It's close to wineries and other places if you want to venture out. If you're looking for a relaxing weekend in nature with all the amenities, this is it.

Weekend Getaway

Great property! Private location but still very close to the town and restaurants and shops. The house was very nice, beds were comfortable, and the outside is just amazing! Great outdoor area and hot tub! We will definitely be back when in Bryan/College Station!
