Property was small but quaint.clean and had everything needed for the most part. Bedroom gets very hot sit to lack of air conditioner in that room. Bathroom was tinybut okay. Provided bath towels smelled very moldy and mildewy.
The location is great. Close to everything we wanted to do. However, the cabin (tiny house) was NASTY! There were hairballs all over the floor. There was some brown substance beside the toilet that I don't want to know what it was. There were brown streaks down the front of the stove. Even though this was listed as no pets, after folding an afghan from the couch, my black T-shirt was covered in animal hair. The outside porch looked like it had never been swept or cleaned. Very disappointed. The tiny fridge was a disappointment also.
Made reservation May 23. Host called June 18 to let me know it was not available. past refund date and only 4 days before my vacation was to begin. Do not trust that what you are promised will be available. STAY AWAY! Then 5 days with no communication. go any where else to protect your money and vacation.
Everything we needed was inside this small but very accommodating cabin. To us, this cabin in a row of cabins offered the best view of the river and its amazing wildlife. My husband did indeed fish from our balcony. And I was pleased not to be attacked by mosquitos. The neighbors wete very friendly too. We hope to return in the fall.
Really enjoyed this little cabin right on the water. It was very peaceful and relaxing. My husband really enjoyed being able to fish right next to tho Cabin.
There were some bumps in the road and miscommunication at the beginning(make sure you get check in information before leaving or arriving). With help from the campground manager, Kathy, and the owner, Khalid, that was resolved semi-quickly. Despite the delays in check-in, it was AMAZING! The cabin has little signs throughout to remind you to relax and breathe! But no reminders needed because it was so VERY RELAXING! It was clean and accommodating!
Thank you!
We loved this property along the river...so relaxing. Geese, cranes, eagles and even the train horn. Of course the river was the most relaxing of them all. There is a gas station/convenience store right next store that was very hand in helping with items we forgot to bring. The deck is fully gated, so it was perfect for our dogs to hang out back with us worry free. So many restaurants and shops are right around the corner in downtown and the entire downtown area is walkable. Park once and walk around all day. We hope to come back soon!
I LOVED the location, loved the thoughtfulness behind the cabinâs amenities, really just loved the whole stay here. I definitely intend to stay here again
The property was beautiful and just outside of the hustle and bustle of Bryson City.
We had an amazing time, the property was beautiful. The view was to die for. We were just outside of town with a very short commute. Our host was very attentive and welcoming. We highly recommend Mrs. Marsha and this property.
Warm pinewood paneled walls and ceiling creates a cozy natural warm feeling.
The deck on the river and views are plus plus to have a glass of wine with your sweetheart.
Bryson City is only minutes away!
We were there for the dinner train excursion on the Smoky Mountain railroad, everything from cabin to location near Bryson city was great!!
Will definitely plan on returning!!

The cabin was nice and clean. The kitchen was a little under supplied with utensils and cookware. The location is great. Bedroom was nice as was rest of the cabin.
