The apartment has one bedroom with a king-size bed, a 43” Smart TV, ceiling fan, air conditioning, large closet, and private full bathroom with rain shower. There is also a work desk with two monitors.

The kitchen is equipped with stove, microwave oven, good size refrigerator/freezer, conventional oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and has all the basics for cooking and eating such as glasses, plates, cups, pots and pans, cooking utensils, etc.

In the living room there is a comfortable sofa, a second 55” Smart TV, ceiling fan, air conditioning, a large dining room for 4 people, a second full bathroom for guests and a washer-dryer available for guests.

On the ocean view terrace there is a lounge bed, a dining table for four and a gas grill creating the perfect space to enjoy the sunsets and the ocean breeze.

*A cleaning is included in the reservation of more than 7 nights not including laundry, the additional cost of laundry is $33 mexican pesos x kg, personal clothing is not washed. if your stay is less than 7 nights and you want a cleaning in the unit you can schedule one with additional cost.

*Nayri Ocean does not have guest parking, if you are traveling by car you may park on the surrounding streets which are safe.

*This unit is open for long term stays at a special rate, ask for availability.

It is necessary to have with you the bracelet for the access to the condominium, with it you will be able to open the door with the chip that goes with it.
