A second terrace is perfect for al fresco dining. In the spacious garden with mature trees and a garden shed, you can sunbathe, play, or simply enjoy the view. Two parking spaces are located directly in front of the house. The basement includes a large laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Bicycles/e-bikes can be securely stored in the garden shed or in the basement. The property is fenced, so pets cannot escape.
