Well what can I booked this hotel in April 2025 easter weekend for my cousins 40th birthday there was 3 of us. The hotel looks lovely and rooms are nice..... but the rooms were so hot, there was nothing we could do to cool down the room even the cleaner commented how hot it was! We complained to the reception staff and the indian man at reception basically told us we hadn't climatised to Budapest! And basically told us to go away. We then complained to the assistant manager, who basically said well all the rooms temperature should now be changed to summer mode, again nothing changed. We believe the hotel has an issue with the heat in the rooms but are not prepared to fix the problem. I literally felt I was going to stop breathing in the middle of the night as it was so hot and the windows didn't open enough to allow airflow...i have travelled all over the world and Europe and this was probably the worst in terms of heat and the hotel wouldn't even give us a fan! Poor service which was a real shame, we came to relax and celebrate but was let down by lack of attention from the hotel and its staff. Wouldn't be recommending this hotel or Budapest to my family or friends!
