It is a highly designed 2-bedroom apartment with a bathroom and a toilet, a huge living room with an American style kitchen.

The living room is south faced therefore it is bright and sunny.

The building was built originally in 1895, however it was totally rebuilt in 2022, which created an extra two floors and a beautiful green garden inside the building.

The 13th district where the apartment is located is a perfect choose since it is close to downtown, (take the M3 metro, the stop is a few minutes walk away), as soon as you get back to your apartment, it has calm and quiet atmosphere.
