I don't know what peak season prices are for this place, but my 10 days in April was around 1k, which I found very reasonable. The location here is pretty much perfect, especially with a dog. Big dog park is 2 blocks away, along with the river and foothill trail network, skate park, and the town rec center. Most of the restaurants in town (downtown and South Main) are walking distance, which I definitely took advantage of. The views are spectacular.Communication couldn't be better, check in was a piece of cake. The place is generally very clean, but there were a couple minor issues I mentioned to the host who apologized and said they'd address. Kitchen is pretty well equipped for cooking, much better than average STRs. I was alone, but this could easily host a family. Beds are new. A little soft for my taste, but good quality bedding. The decor is considered, but comprised mostly of cheap Chinese junk from a warehouse store - the usual. The painting in the master bedroom is maybe the worst on earth, real nightmare fuel, but that's just me being picky.
