The room was sufficient but basic. The bed was a bit hard. We could not figure out TV and were unable to make it work. We did not have time to spend exploring around, but the area felt safe. The tea pot shut down before the water was boiled, so we could not use it. The communication with the property was very good.

Located in a very safe area, very comfortable apartment with everything you need to feel at home. Surrounded by many green areas. Very easy check-in process and communication with the managers quite fluid. Definitely a good place to stay and enjoy the city of Buenos Aires.

BEWARE A beautiful designer styled apartment but with several flaws. Good value if you are prepared to accept the many flaws. PROS Convenient to restaurants Grocery store next door Nice design Inexpensive BEWARE OF THE FOLLOWING: CONS NOUSE. NOISE. NOISE. it is not soundproofed even though it is advertised as soundproofed. Noise from hallway, street noise all day and noise from party people from dance clubs all night till early morning No shower tray!!! A few piddly sachets of liquid soap and only one roll of toilet paper. Service apartment with NO service for baggage storage. Air conditioning blowing onto the bed. Concierge only speak Spanish contrary to advertised as multilingual.

First time visiting Buenos Aires. I had a fantastic time. The apartment was very cute, clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was heavenly. They arrange a car for airline pick up and drop off. A definite plus! I was even allowed to stay a couple of hours past checkout time to accommodate the later flight. The grocery was right next door, and Recoleta cemetery just a few steps away. A special thank you to Marcelo, the front desk staff and Luis. All of you help make my first visit to Buenos Aires memorable. Thank you

Muy bueno pero con graves incovenientes

El departamento era excelente, impecable y agradable, excelente ubicación, pero tenia 3 inconvenientes: 1) estuvimos las noches del viernes y sábado y constaba dormir porque la fuerte música del bar o disco que está a pocos metros del edificio 2) Se hace el check out a las 11 AM, y no permiten dejar maletas hasta mas tarde, de manera que tuvimos que buscar y pagar lugar para dejar las maletas hasta la hora en que salia nuestro avión de vuelta. 3) Se suponía que a las 11 AM del día de salida, se anulaba la clave para entrar el departamento. ese día dejamos todo listo, salimos de 10 a 10;45, y cuando volvimos a recoger el equipaje, la clave habia expirado! Antes de la hora de salida, Muy poco serio
