Staff were fine. Room could use a major makeover. In the kitchenette, the faucet was loose in its fitting, the cooktop burners were rusty, noise from the adjoining room was a problem. The bathroom could do with a major refit. Instructions on the walls as to how the taps operated were for different fixtures and made no sense. Electric socket was falling out of its box because they had taken a shortcut to hardwire a hair dryer.

Hotel was in a great location, right outside Recoleta Cemetery. An easy Uber ride to anywhere in the city. It was clean, safe and the breakfast was sufficient.

Room felt neglected. I can imagine once upon a time room 601 was looking great but that’s not what I expected. Felt dirty, mold in the shower, we just doubled checked the mattress to ensure no bedbugs (none!) but the mattress was worn, stained and VERY old. The view/location was a 9.0, the room 4.0. At the time I’m writing this, we booked it with Expedia showing 9.0, 4 stars. Maybe others had newer rooms. Ours really needed a makeover. You think a hotel with 9.0 would be a great place, I really hope management walks through there rooms and look for all the imperfections. I don’t usually write reviews like this, and was really thinking of not commenting but we paid for a 9.0, and it was 4.0. On the flip side, check-in/out staff were friendly! I loved the view of the cemetery. What a neat place to look at with so much history! Would I recommend? I’m on the fence. Maybe this was isolated to room 601 (?). We’re travelers from the U.S.

This property is nicely situated for exploring many of Buenos Aires must see attractions. The view to Recoleta Cemetery from our private balcony was amazing. The neighbor felt very safe. The staff was very welcoming. The very small pool didn't appear to be clean and there weren't lounge chairs available to rest and enjoy the sun. The hotel seemed a bit dated but all in all we were mostly happy with our choice.

The location is fantastic. Pretty central to a number of attractions. Amazing views of the Recoleta Cemetery from the balcony - if you get a balcony view room. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast choices were limited, but all were very tasty. Very quiet neighborhood at night. No problems sleeping. Would stay again. Very good value.

Staff were pretty dismissive at check in talking to each other through the whole process. Barely made eye contact. Rooms are showing wear and tear and beds/bedding need improvement. Loved the breakfast and the front desk staff on the day we were departing. Great location.
