Great service!

The hotel and breakfast were good; the service was exceptional! They went above and beyond to help me. I needed a windshield wiper replaced and could not do it myself; the person happily came out and assisted me. This was much needed as the dreary weather would have been treacherous without properly working wipers.

Very nice room.

Really nice room. I think this hotel is quite new. Ours was an accessible room so the shower was very big and flat - for wheelchair access. We didn’t need that but it was nice. The room had very high ceilings. This may be just on the first floor. This is the first time I’ve seen power blinds in a hotel room; it was a nice little luxury and it really kept the room Dark When we wanted it to be.

The room was nice but there was something wrong with the electricity. The lights flickered and the GFCI in the bathroom blew. I notified the front desk and they told me that they would have maintenance look at it the next day. I checked it the next day.

Front desk receptionist was rude and their “business center” was non existent. You must use their “tablets” which don’t work. Or you have the option to email your phi protected info to the generic email to which they’ll print it for you. Extremely inefficient. Poor front desk "help"

I asked for extra coffee for my room. GOT NONE. Had to call and ask for missing coffee pot part. Got a sort of response yesterday. GOT NOTHING. I wasn't asking for much. Don't think they were unrealistic requests.
