Humididy from the pool came into the room, making it very humid and sticky. Bathroom door didn't close or even had a lock, many fixtures are very loose and look like they have been screwed many times, so there is no more wood for it to go into anymore. I got harrassment from some kids but this is something that maybe parents need to kept in check rather than the hotel. Its a cheap stay though

An overall great stay

The stay was really nice. The kids enjoyed the pool and it was a nice location. It was nice breakfast was included but it could be better. We had seven people in our group and none of us liked it. The only other thing I didn’t like was charging $10 per person for anyone over 2 people in your room. It costed us an extra $60 for 3rd and 4th person in the room over a 2 night stay.

Need to clean tub filters

The hotel, location, service, everything was great. My only issue was that after I got out the tub, I notice some “filth”residue in the tub. It kinda grossed me out. Other than that, everything was excellent.

The hotel feels like a Carribean resort with the indoor foliage and recreational setup. When you arrive late you need to park at the end of the parking lot at the very back of the hotel. Pay attention when you drive into the property as it’s not that straightforward. The breakfast was very good and staff was friendly. I recommend that hotel

Pool area was very nice but water was cold, staff was great. Breakfast was standard but good. AC didnt seem to work anywhere in the hotel our room was set to 60 but didn't cool very well. Walls are super thin so just keep that in mind. Hotel is near the mall which is a plus. Only stayed 2 nights for Nickel City Con (only 15 minutes from the convention center) and it was a comfortable enough stay.

The 90s called and wants its decor back

First, the good news. Check in staff was very friendly and personable. Now, the not-so-good news: This property is in need of a serious update. You can tell that this was probably a primier or even luxury property "back in the day", but that day was a long time ago. The decor is dated and dark, and frankly downright depressing. If that wasn't bad enough, the common areas were not very clean. The lobby is dirty and dingy and everywhere you go, the place was just DARK, this includes the guestrooms. The pool area has potential, but again, another spot that is in serious need of an upgrade. The location is right by the area's nicest mall, that's a plus. But the owners really aren't taking full advantage of this in my opinion. I think the place gets the business it does because of its favorable location, but had I known about the other more updated options available, I would have chosen them instead. I do not believe I will ever stay here again.
