After filling it and submerging,, discovered the jets were not in working order-Disappointed to say the least I advised the front desk person upon departure and was offered an obligatory “sorry about that” Disheartening as I paid approximately $100 more from the standard room rate for this amenity

Room had dresser pieces coming off at one corner. Staff was so unprofessional. The environment was scary with some lady arguing with the front desk and wouldn't leave the premises and i had called the front desk to get assistance on how to use coffee machine and they said they would send someone to our room and no one ever came. One phone in the room didn't work either. The spa & fitness area was out of order as well. Will never stay here again!

Unfortunately, our room was so close to the entrance that when young people entered late in the evening singing loudly and in the morning for breakfast, every chair dragged on the floor, we could hear clearly and loudly in our room. I actually booked 2 suites for this family trip. The room could use updates and extra attention to cleaning. The front desk clerk lets just call her (Karen) is what it should be is very rude and disrespectful to my son. We checked in the day before and wasn't there when they arrived and she was very rude!

Great price. Helpful in using their shuttle. Marty the shuttle driver was very helpful. Only negative was the c/o detector in the hallway near our room battery was dying and making a noise at 3:30am until I said something at front desk at 8am and they sent someone to fix it.

Clean room, great breakfast, love the 24 seven coffee and tea… just one thing, please don’t announce out loud the guests room number as they’re checking in for safety and security for the guests. Sometimes other guests have nefarious intentions and especially for female guests we don’t appreciate having to always having our back up against the wall, worrying about creeps like that hearing our room numbers set out loud. Perhaps the check-in staff can just state, “your room number is written on the inside of your key card” I’ve had other hotels do that many times. It’s a much more discreet and safe way for the message to get across when you’re checking in.
