Stayed in room 68 which was cockroach infested, stank of cigarette smoke and was dated/shabby. We arrived late after reception had closed to find cockroaches (adults and babies) everywhere in the room. All over the wash basin, inside of the shower cubicle, on and in the lining of the fridge, inside the wardrobe, inside the cupboard where the tea/coffee was stored, on the desk and even in the bed. We notified the staff as soon as reception opened and provided the photos and videos to head office. No compensation offered (other than 20% off our NEXT stay - you’d have to pay me $150 a night to stay here again!)
