The space
This beautifully furnished studio plus bedroom villa is designed for ultimate comfort and relaxation, accommodating up to 5 guests. With brand new furnishings, a well-equipped kitchen and premium entertainment options, Villa 32 is the perfect getaway for families, couples, or small groups. On arrival there is a free single under cover carpark (clearance 2.2 metres) at the front of the villa and further guest parking nearby.

As you enter you will see the equipped galley kitchen complete with modern appliances, cookware and all the essentials for preparing delicious meals.

On your right is the cosy and inviting bedroom that contains a queen bed and single bed, all the comforts for a restful night's sleep.

Next you will find a spacious bathroom that includes shower, toilet and a laundry tub for wet and sandy towels, as well as a washing machine and dryer should you need.

The studio space is airconditioned and includes a stylish dining area that is perfect for gathering together, whether it is for enjoying meals, playing games or doing that holiday puzzle.

Beyond the dining area, still in the studio space you will find a luxurious king-sized bed to snuggle into and blissfully dream the night away.

Toward the back end of Villa 32 you will see an inviting living space that includes a new lounge set that comfortably seats 5 and coffee table to enjoy a morning coffee or read a book. Beyond that is the double sliding doors that open out to lush green spaces.

Opposite the king size bed is a 65-inch smart TV with free Wi-Fi ready for you to log in to your favorite streaming programs to lay back and enjoy a movie night or watch your favorite sports team play.

Linen and bath towels are provided for your stay at Villa 32.

Guest access is via a smart lock using a personalised code, so you never lose a key.
