The Space:
Tiny Divine Farmstay by Tiny Away sits in Bunding, close to Ballan, VIC. It’s a perfect spot to enjoy sunsets, wildlife, and visit local favorites like Sailors Falls, St Anne’s Winery, Hepburn Mineral Springs Reserve, Pykes Creek, and Daylesford’s Boathouse Restaurant.
A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and gas-heated shower—making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This off-grid tiny house runs on solar power. We advise guests to conserve energy during the day and only use it when necessary.
Guest Access:
Guests can access the tiny home and nearby paddock but must get permission before entering other paddocks, like horse areas. Other amenities available by 24 hrs notice:
- Breakfast hamper: $35 per person
- Horse agistment: $15 per night per horse
- Outdoor firepit, lighters and firewood (cold months only): $30 per day
- Tree hammocks, canoe (life vests provided), and fishing for yabbies with our net. Just ask your host.

Enjoy outdoor activities like bush riding with your own bike or horse, visiting local reservoirs such as Korweinguboora and Moorabool, and exploring nearby waterfalls like Sailors Falls and Tipperary Spring. You can also go bushwalking in nearby reserves, Daylesford Botanical Gardens, and Hepburn Mineral Springs Reserve.
Getting Around:
By car:
- 42km, 32min drive to and from Ballarat
- 22km, 19min drive to and from Daylesford
- 25km, 22min drive to and from Hepburn Springs
- 90km, 1hr 9min drive to and from Melbourne CBD
By public transport: We recommend guests to travel by private vehicle as there are no direct routes to and from the property. Thank you.

- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
- Before checking out, please keep our tiny house clean and make sure to wash your dishes after use
Off-grid Guidelines
- Guests are encouraged to bring portable power banks, charge devices in advance, and conserve energy to avoid running out of electricity.
Important note:
- Abundant wildlife present on the property
- No BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits during a total fire ban
- Dropping cigarette butts on dry grass can start a bushfire. Please put out your cigarettes properly.
- For stays of 3 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the compost toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
Interaction with Guests:
Guests will enjoy your own private space but we are always happy to chat with you.
During warmer months, the dam in which the Tiny Divine Farmstay is situated may be shared by the Hosts.
