Relax in our spacious 75 m² apartment on the first floor of an old residential building of a former farm on a large plot with a large orchard in the scattered settlement Burg in the UNESCO biosphere reserve Spreewald (the apartment is located directly in the biosphere reserve in the protection zone III). Enjoy the silence as the only holiday guest (excluding other guests such as deer, squirrels and foxes). Listen to the birdsong and hum of bees from our beehives and pamper your eyes with greenery. Let the children invent their games on the orchard. Enjoy at night a diverse starry sky that you no longer know from the light-flooded cities.

The apartment is in a house built in 1918. It is an ideal base for hiking and cycling through the Spreewald and the scattered settlement Burg. Boat rentals are about 1-2 km away. A petting zoo is located nearby (about 700m) .If necessary mooring for your own boat at the neighbors (about 400m) for a small fee. Purchase of eggs from free-range chickens and seasonal vegetables at neighboring farmers possible.

Idyllisches Häuschen auf einer Sreuobstwiese

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im idyllischen Spreewald in vollen Zügen genießen können. Sehr herzlich würden wir in Empfang genommen und willkommen geheißen, so dass wir uns rundum wohlfühlten. Das Naschen der Himbeeren und Brombeeren, das Hineintauchen in eine wunderbare Natur-Idylle und das sehr angenehme Miteinander ließen uns eine erholsame Zeit in Burg verbringen. Gerne wieder!

Gute Unterkunft, äußerst nette Vermieter, sehr ruhig, ganz im Grünen. (Deshalb leider vor allem abends recht viele Mücken). Keine Waschmaschine und statt einer Dusche eine Badewanne; ansonsten sehr gute Ausstattung mit allem, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Für Naturliebhaber

Wir waren zu zweit unterwegs und suchten ein eher abgeschiedenes naturnahes Fleckchen für unsere Urlaubswoche. Das haben wir mit 'The Orchard' vollumfassend gefunden. Sehr nette, offene und fürsorgliche Vermieterin. Vielen Dank nochmal für den Tip nachts den Sternenhimmel auf sich wirken zu lassen, das war atemberaubend schön.

Der Amazonas von Deutschland

Unsere Unterkunft und der Spreewald, den wir als Amazonas von Deutschland tauften, hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Beim (Rad-)Wandern und Kanufahren konnten wir Nutria, Rehe, Raubvögel, Störche und Biber beobachten. Zusätzlich haben wir sehr die spontanen Abendspaziergänge in der Natur direkt vom Haus aus genossen. Das war eine sehr erholsame, schöne Zeit in der Natur. Vielen Dank dafür!

Gute Erholung in romantischer Lage

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben auch viel für unsere Kinder ermöglicht. Unser Großer durfte mit Honig schleudern und er hat viel über die Bienen gelernt. Außerdem durften unsere Kinder die Lämmer füttern, was immer das Highlight des Abends war. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und schön. Wir haben es genossen jeden Tag draußen zu sitzen und zu essen. Die Küche hatte alles was man brauchte. Man konnte sich einfach rundum wohlfühlen. Danke für alles! Liebe Grüße Familie Teuchert

verwunschener Garten mit Bienensummen und saftigen Falläpfeln

Im wunderbar ruhig im satten Grün gelegenen ehemaligen Bauernhof mit liebevoller, individueller Ausstattung erlebten wir mit den Enkeln sehr entspannten Aktivurlaub und ein bisschen Abenteuerfeeling. Eine Prise Wildnis und ein Crashkurs in Bienenzucht und Schäferei brachte für die Großstadtkinder neue Eindrücke und Interessen, was dank der liebevollen Zuwendung und geduldigen Anleitung der Gastgeber zur bleibenden Erinnerung und größeren Achtung für Natur und ihre Erzeugnisse beitragen wird.

Super entspannter Urlaub im Spreewald!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der "Streuobstwiese". Mei Ee und ihr Mann haben uns sehr herzlich aufgenommen. Der perfekte Ort, um Radtouren zu starten und den Spreewald zu entdecken. Erholung pur in ruhiger Natur

Die Ferienwohnung liegt abseits der Straße auf einem großen Naturgrundstück. Hier ist Ruhe garantiert. Die Wohnung selbst ist für 4 Personen gut geeignet und mit allem, was man haushaltstechnisch benötigt, ausgestattet. Mit dem installierten WLAN ist sie eine informationelle Oase im ansonsten verbindungsschwachen regionalen Umfeld. Fahrräder können in der Scheune untergestellt werden. Als Verbindungsfrau fungierte Katja, bei der wir uns für die reibungslose Kommunikation herzlich bedanken möchten.

Eine schone wohnung, in eine Herliche umgebung, mit Sehr nette Gastgebern

Unseren aufenthalt in diese Ferienwohnung hat uns Sehr gefallen! Von die Fewo aus kann man viel unternehmen, wie z.B besuch an Lubbenau, Lehe oder Burg. Was man unbedingt machen muss ist eine Kanufahrt in Hochwald von den schonen Spreewald. Auch an die Gastgeber een grosses Lob, es war Sehr angenehm und Gesellig bei Euch zu verweilen. Die Kinder hat besonders das Grillen neben die Alte scheune in Spreewaldstil sehr gut gefallen.
