Nereden başlasam, öncelikle resepsiyonda sınandık. Görevli hotels.com un makbuzunu istedi, uygulamanız bir türlü indiremedi. Rezervasyon onayını ve mobil bankacılık tan dekontu göstermem yetmedi.Görevli bu haliyle bizi kabul edemeyeceğini söyledi,2 katı para verirsek bize Yeni bir oda vereceğini söyledi.Allahtan son anda makbuzu görüntüleyebilir ve canımızı kurtardık. Odalar küçük ve rutubetli,bı girdik buz gibiydi.Kalorifer yanmiyordu.Klima isitana kadar döndük. Tuvalet leş zaten. Sonra tam uyuyordum ki öyle bir duman kokusu sardı, yangın var diye resepsiyona koştum,meğer sıcak su kazanı tütüyormuş,sabaha kadar karbonmonoksit soluduk,hava soğuk olmasa valla kaçacak yer aradım.

Das Personal war soweit freundlich, aber es gab keine Handtücher als ich danach fragte, wurde mir gesagt die wären noch feucht und ich bekomme Am Abend welche, habe keine Handtücher bekommen, obwohl ich zweimal danach gefragt habe. Heißes Wasser zum Duschen zum zähene putzen gab es nur Abends ab 21 Uhr für zwei Stunden danach kein Heißes Wasser mehr, das bedeutet in der früh müssen sie kalt duschen und sich waschen das ist fpr ein Hotel ein no go. Das erklärt auch den günstigen Preis. Habe drei Tage gebucht bin aber nach zwei Tagen in ein anderes Hotel gegangen.

Sürekli burayı kaça kdiye soruldu. İnternet üzerinde seçtiğim 40 m2 oda yerine en küçük oda verildi. Memnun kalmadık.
