It is clean room which has a fridge and microwave, small coffee machine, so easy while traveling. Slightly renovated but all good condition motel to stay couple of nights. It was busy when bicyclist came for Fall River Century and it was pleasant to see similar minds people.

Super friendly, not fancy, perfect wood retreat.

The room was big. Not fancy. But just perfect. 2 beds. It had microwave, coffee pot, and a fridge. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. We got water from the office every morning. That was a huge bonus, as we were hiking and needed the water. This hotel is perfectly situated between Lassen and Shasta mountains. It’s quiet, quaint and with just a few stores for food, etc. The perfect place to relax and enjoy the woods.

There are very limited hotel/motel options in this area. It is an older facility. Bedding was good. However the tub ran continuously keeping my wife awake all evening and the sink would not drain properly. It is conveniently located in reasonable proximity to the Burney Falls which is a must see if staying here.

The bedding/linen was very dirty and someone had stepped on the beds leaving full figured muddy shoe prints on the beds. The on-call manager checked out the room and agreed that it was pretty bad. However, they did not have any alternate rooms or staff on call to change my bedding. I was given new linen and expected to change it myself. The change of linen was equally dirty and unwashed which makes me think recycling old linen without washing is a regular practice here. Avoid staying here. The on-call manager Marissa had promised me a refund, which never came and now the hotel is not responding.
