It was the highlight of our visit to Korea. Large room, bed & restrooms. Stunning views! It’s tucked away from the busy streets so quite relaxing as well. Also, their buffet is a must :)

Untrained and unprofessional staff

The staff at the front desk was terrible and rude. She didn’t have any intention to help customers. I felt that she was almost angry about being asked a question about the room assigned. The hotel is itself getting outdated and its maintenance is not good. I will never stay there.

The rooms and views were great, especially for the price. However, there were obvious signs of wear on the furniture in the room and on the walls and carpet in the hallway.

A little confusing first walking in but the hotel is beautiful. Amazing view of the ocean. Bathtub was very relaxing. Excellent food, spa service and gym!

The stay was amazing. The only complaint I have was the room service. Ordered food and only received one order due to the second order continuing to get cancelled with no communication. When talking to the front desk to try to see what was going on, was told the kitchen was closed when the order was placed over an hour before room service stopped for the night.
