Because of the centralized heating system of the hotel, we felt very warm and stuffy inside the room for the first 2 nights. The staff had to lend us an electric fan to use at night. Overall, the concierge team is helpful, specially the girl named Alex. There’s an outdoor pool but who would want to use it during winter time anyway. 😅
We booked the Superior Twin Room, got upgraded to Deluxe Twin located on the 27th floor.
The room has big bathroom but I’d rather have a bigger shower area than big toilet area. It’s such a waste of space.

Staff very friendly and housekeeping are very responsive. Lobby can get pretty busy and it is nice being connected to a department mall with a grocery/deli in the basement. The perfume used in the hotel though was pretty strong in the hallways.

It was a nice hotel. We got upgraded to a higher floor with an amazing view of the city. The room was spacious and clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
