Bienvenue dans notre maison oĂč vous pourrez vous amuser dans un grand salon, cuisiner dans une grande cuisine moderne et regarder les derniers films et Ă©missions de tĂ©lĂ©vision sur un grand Ă©cran de projecteur accompagnĂ© du grand systĂšme audio. Pour ceux qui cherchent Ă  se dĂ©tendre, il y a une cheminĂ©e Ă  bois et un coin salon juste en face. Toutes les chambres ont des matelas confortables en mousse Ă  mĂ©moire et chacune d'entre elles dispose d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision sĂ©parĂ©e.

Pendant l'hiver, vous pouvez dévaler les pentes à l'intérieur de la communauté ou à 15 minutes à Shawnee Mountain. Vous pouvez faire du snow tubing à moins de 10 minutes de la maison ou profiter d'une piscine intérieure ou de courts de tennis si vous ne voulez pas quitter la communauté.

Pendant les mois les plus chauds, vous pouvez passer du temps à l'extérieur sur deux grands ponts et utiliser plusieurs piscines communautaires, des courts de tennis, des terrains de basket-ball et des lacs.

Pour ceux d'entre vous qui ne veulent tout simplement pas cuisiner, il y a un restaurant ouvert toute l'année avec de la bonne nourriture et il est à seulement 3 minutes en voiture de la maison.

5 stars for sure !

We absolutely enjoyed our weekend stay here! From checking in to checking out, it was easy. The house is clean. There’s tons of windows which we loved because we got to watch the snow fall and could easily see our 3 children outside playing. The beds are soooooo comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. My ONLY disappointment was the ping pong table was broken and unable to be used. The screws are missing under the legs of the table and the kids were very excited to play but we couldn’t use it. Other than that though, I would stay here again in a heart beat!

Great experience!

We had a fantastic stay at this rental! We rented this place to snowboard at Shawnee. The location, just 25 minutes from Shawnee, was convenient with a supermarket midway. The house was clean, spacious, and accommodated our group of 9 comfortably. The fireplace added a cozy touch, and it seems like the place was recently renovated. Quick and friendly communication from the seller enhanced our experience. Highly recommend!

Perfect week in Saw Creek

My wife and I and our 2 year old son spent Thanksgiving week in this house, and we really enjoyed our stay. The space was perfect for our family. Since everything was on one level, it was easy to manage our very curious toddler. The kitchen was, for the most part, well equipped and suited our needs perfectly as we did quite a bit of cooking. The owners were very responsive to questions, and when we had some minor hiccups with WiFi were able to provide useful suggestions for the correcting the issue. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at this property again.

As-Advertised!

Pictures online really doesn’t do any justice for the beauty and openness of this home. The bedrooms were immaculate, bathrooms clean, and appliances all updated. We ended up using the projector to stream the PSU game the Saturday we were up (LETS GO STATE) which was an awesome experience. Comfortably fit 8 adults.

Perfect Family weekend Away!

The house was exactly as pictured in photos! The host Tom was awesome replying to any questions and concerns had. My teenage son enjoyed sometime on the outdoor basketball court and would play with local children daily. We will be back to visit soon!

Perfect Home for large group

We, 8 friends stayed for two nights. The place was large enough and spotless. It was far better than it looks in pictures. The owner always replied to all our questions in a timely manner. Check-in and checkout were straightforward. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped.

Beautiful place

We had a great family time and enjoyed the house and location. 10 min away from Bushkill and various local attractions. House was perfect. The hosts had everything one would need, from a fire pit to projector and surround sound to legos and books for kids. Tom was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely visit them again.

Long vacation weekend

The house was beautiful...exactly as pictured. We enjoyed our long weekend. We hiked Bushkills Falls, ziplined at TreeVentures, and tubed at Blue Lightning. Others enjoyed horse back riding. Then we went to my nephew's wedding at Shawnee on Delaware. A wonderful weekend at a wonderful house!

Fantastic Experience!

The house was immaculate and well stocked. The host was a pleasure to deal with, responded so quickly and the decor was amazing. Everything felt new and modern with the most relaxing vibes. The kids loved the fire pit and outdoor space and the cell phone service in the house was strong. . A bit far from most Poconos attractions but very close to Bushkill Falls. We would go back again in a heartbeat!

Excellent family vacation

My family had a wonderful time staying at Tom and Olga's place. The space was large for our family of 7 plus a toddler and an infant. The kitchen was great. We cooked a majority of our meal there, had pretty much all the things we needed and enjoyed sitting around the table for dinner. The beds were nice and the a/c was really cool in the hot summer month. We enjoyed roasting smores over the firepit and grilling on the deck. Plus, it was only 4 min drive to the nearest pool where we went to half the days. There was a lot to do in the area, however, it was at least a 25 min drive to get anywhere. Nothing against the house, we loved it, but with an infant taking lots of naps it took some planning to get out, not that we wanted to. Everything we needed was there. Also, any questions or issues we did have Tom would respond immediately and was always helpful in resolving whatever was needed. We really appreciated it. I would definitely recommend.

Great stay

Very clean and spacious house, very child friendly and great for family gathering. Easy to use community facilities and Tom is very responsive in replying during stay. Access was setup and easy to come in and out of community gates. We cooked most of our meal in house, so just make sure you bring all you need for cooking. You would need to bring your own oven baking pan if you need to use the oven.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Our family, ages ranging from 2-74, had a good time at this property. The house seemed pretty clean, bathrooms, linens, etc. The floors were dirty but I only noticed by the bottoms of my 2 year olds feet. He would run around barefoot and his feet were black by the end of the night. Kitchen is well stocked, had everything we needed. Outside area was nice for bonfires. One thing I wanted to note was the binder that comes with the house stated quite hours after 10pm, the residents across the street were blasting music until almost 11pm. Thumping music and its our understanding that they live there full time so clearly there are not quite hours in place. Also be mindful that this place is listed as sleeps 10 (a ton of trundles between all of the rooms) but there are only 2 bathrooms and 1 is in the master so if we were not family, it would have been difficult for 6-8 people to use one bathroom. The house does appear the same as pictures, worth noting. Updated, cute house but probably a little tight for 10 people. The in and out process to access the neighborhood is tideous. You have to provide name and address everytime you come into the neighborhood and some of us where asked to give drivers licenses, asked the names of our passengers. So it would be nice to have some type of pass where you do not have to do this each time you leave the property. The location of this property is in good proximity to food and groceries. Lastly, with the being a “ski” town, you would think the property would offer some storage space for “toys”. My brother brought his bike, one wheel, etc and we had to store some stuff in the house and on the back deck. Would be nice to have a dedicated area for storage available to guest. Overall, we had a great time and really enjoyed our weekend together! One more thing, there were a few bins of random toys in a room and my 2 year old loved it. That was def a plus since we did not travel with any toys.

Excellent stay

Very well kept and well equipped house, with all the conveniences and a great deal of charm in the way the house is decorated. Two lovely decks, and lovely backyard space for a night around the fire (which unfortunately we could not use due to the weather). Well-working Wood burning fireplace definitely a plus for us. Clean and well organized. Olga and Tom were very responsive. Thanks for hosting us, we hope to be back!
