O quarto é pequeno, mas ok. A cama, apenas ok, já que é de casal, mas não é grande. O chuveiro demora a esquentar. A qualidade do sinal da TV também não é boa. Se a intenção é descansar, não é das melhores. Todo dia de manhã, acordávamos com funcionários conversando alto próximo ao quarto. Piscina bacana, aquecida. Café da manhã bom e, o melhor, o café da tarde. Mesmo simples, é um diferencial e uma ótima ideia. Localização ótima. No geral, esperava mais.

Tive um problema no check in porque o Hotéis.com não comunicou ao hotel. Além disso o app me direcionou para um quarto que tinha apenas uma cama de casal (pequena), sendo que estávamos em 3 pessoas (sendo uma delas o meu filho de 5 anos). O hotel não disponibilizava colchão extra, porém a gerente nos alocou gentilmente em um quarto maior, com uma cama queen e uma cama de solteiro. No mais, fomos bem atendidos pela equipe do hotel. Mas considero um hotel 3 estrelas, sem luxo. Boa cama, bom chuveiro, boa limpeza. Bom custo benefício. Fica a menos de 5 min a pé da praia de João Fernandes.

Boa localização.

Atendimento do pessoal do hotel é muito bom, o café da manhã é excelente e a localização também. O hotel é antigo, assim como as acomodações, que possuem ar condicionado muito antigo e que fazia muito barulho, atrapalhando o sono.

Excelente hotel

Segunda vez que fico no coronado in e ja fiquei 3 vzs no coronado beach, adoro os dois, sempre fico muito satisfeita e vou embora querendo voltar, hotel linpo e aconchegante e os funcionários muito solicitos, o café da tarde é um carinho a mais para os hóspedes, venham ser feliz também ❤️

Hotel Excelente.

O Hotel é excelente, bem localizado, tem estacionamento próprio, pé na areia na praia de Joao Fernandes, bom cafe na manha, sentimos falta de uma variedade maior de bolos, mas é bem variado e tudo bem gostoso. Tem uma pequena piscina aquecida e agradecemos o hotel pois nos deu um Late check out ate às 14:00h.

O hotel é antigo, a cama muito mole, toalhas de banho antigas, muitas folhas e sujeira nos corredores e escadas, mas o pior é o atendimento dos funcionários, pessoas rudes e sem condições adequadas para atender o hóspedes e mal humoradas. A localização é excelente ao lado da praia de João Fernandes mas pelo preço pago considero que muita coisa precisa de reestruturada e reformada para atender bem os turistas.
