Lovely studio with perfect kitchen in the Center near main train station

We have put a lot of heart into providing you with our cozy apartment at 12 Sowińskiego Street. It is the perfect haven for wandering travelers and those visiting Bydgoszcz for business (maximum 2 adults and 1 child). The apartment may be equipped with extra bed/craddle (for newborn baby 0-10 months) or bed for a child 1-6 years old.

The location is ideal - approximately 7 minutes on foot from Bydgoszcz Główna railway station, making it close to many tourist attractions in our city such as the Old Town, historic 100-year-old tenements, the Brda River Boulevards, the Music District, Londynek, and easy access to Myślęcinek - the green lungs of Bydgoszcz.

Additionally, the apartment offers convenient access within 10-20 minutes by car or taxi to city's hospitals & medical centers as well as office buildings housing popular companies such as Atos Business Park, Nokia, Arkada Park, NATO offices and exhibition centers BCTW and sport centers: Zawisza, Łuczniczka, Polonia etc.

Vehicle parking is available on the street right in front of the building at a rate of 2.60 PLN per hour or 25 PLN per day from 8:00 to 17:00 (free on weekends and holidays). Due to changes in the paid parking zone, there are also currently a few free parking spaces in our vicinity.

The apartment is ideal for a single person or a couple (potentially for a couple with a child). The kitchen is exceptional, practically fully equipped (oven, refrigerator, microwave, cutlery, mixer, coffee maker, tea kettle, salt, pepper, sugar, even a rolling pin and cake molds, etc.). You don't need to bring a hairdryer, towels, or toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, etc.). You can also do laundry on-site during a longer stay.

Our apartment also provides a good place for remote work with fast internet (over 175 Mb/s). You will also have access to a SmartTV with terrestrial HbbTV, and you can log in to Netflix, YouTube, and other streaming services.

The entire apartment has been renovated and stylishly decorated with your comfort in mind. There's no need to climb stairs as the apartment is on the ground floor.

Now, it's time to explore the city. Leaving the apartment, you'll find a market with healthy food nearby, and through narrow streets, you can reach the Philharmonic (about 10-15 minutes on foot), Opera Nova (10 minutes on foot), and the Old Town (15 minutes). You can take a stroll to the Olympic swimming pool (Astoria - 5 minutes) or the climbing wall at Spider (10 minutes). You can also visit the Dzikowisko restaurant (featured on M. Gessler's show - 5 minutes) or the Vansa Ghar Indian restaurant (5 minutes).
